CheMa Laboratories was founded in 2017 and is based in Corinth. They provide analytical services covering a wide range of needs of the agri-food, industrial and energy sectors. More specifically, our laboratories offer chemical and microbiological analyzes in:
- Honey & bee products
- Olive oil, olive & other vegetable oils
- Food
- Wine, drinks, juices, tea
- Hemp & hemp products
- Water & waste
- Soil & plant tissue
- Animal feed / fish feed
- Packaging materials / immigration
- Workplace / surface hygiene
In addition, nutrition label creation and control services and product shelf life studies are offered.

- Accreditation according to ELOT EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by ESYD, with No. Certificate 1239
- Recognition by the International Olive Council (IOC)
- License to operate an oenological laboratory, with approval number 411993/09-12-2021
- Member of the International Honey Commission (IHC)

- In the register of official food control laboratories collaborating with Hellenic Food Authorities (EFET)

Δρ. Αναστάσιος Καμπόλης

He holds a degree in chemistry and a master’s degree in “Advanced Technology Materials” from the University of Patras, while he was awarded a doctorate by the same university in 2010.
- Since October 2017, he has been a member of the Teaching Staff (Associating Teaching Staff) at the Hellenic Open University (HOU), where he has supervised the dissertations of more than 20 postgraduate students.
- He has been a postdoctoral researcher at the Institut de Recherches sur la Catalyse et l’Environnement de Lyon (IRCELYON) – CNRS in France and at the Paul Scherrer Institut (ETH domain) in Switzerland.
- He then worked as a researcher at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland and the Chemical and Biochemical Engineering Department of the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), as well as Group Leader at Haldor Topsøe A/S in Denmark.
- From 02/2018 – 07/2020 he worked as an Academic Scholar (contract lecturer) at the Department of Chemistry of the University of Patras.
- Since 2017 he is the representative of the Union of Greek Chemists in the Working Party of Chemistry and Energy of EuCheMS.
- He has participated in numerous research projects, published 20 original research papers in international peer-reviewed scientific journals and has a patent application.

He holds a degree in Materials Science as well as a master’s degree in Polymer Science and Technology from the University of Patras, while he was awarded a PhD from the same university in 2013.
- After obtaining her PhD from the University of Patras in 2013, she was awarded the Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship to work as a postdoctoral researcher in Switzerland and at the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI) belonging to the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH). She was based in the Department of Synchrotron Radiation and Nanotechnology.
- She then worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Synchrotron Radiation Research, Department of Physics at Lund University as well as at the Swedish National Laboratory MAX IV in Sweden.
- Throughout this journey, she has participated in numerous research projects, she has original research publications in prestigious international scientific journals and in conferences as a speaker.
Μαρία-Ελένη Αγγιστριώτη

He holds a degree in Chemistry from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens as well as a degree in oenology from the same university. At the moment she is also a postgraduate student in the Analytical Chemistry Department of the Chemistry Department of the University of Patras and carries out part of her experimental work at CheMa Laboratories.
She has completed a 3-month internship at CheMa Laboratories, before being hired on 02/2021.
